600g mince beef
6 tsp Red Hill Spice Girls MEXICANA COCINA BLEND
½ cup water
12 Taco shells
1 cup grated cheese
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce, shredded (about 1 cup)
Avocado, mashed with a squeeze of lemon
Salsa or taco sauce to serve
In a frypan cook mince beef, draining off excess fat.
Add 6 tsp MEXICANA COCINA BLEND and fry for 2 minutes. (add more if required)
Add ½ cup water and cook further 5 minutes.
Warm taco shells.
Serve with grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream and salsa.
NOTE: For a vegetarian option substitute beef with:

400g can refried beans
