4 Salmon cutlets or fillets (or fish of your choice)
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Red Hill Spice Girls SIAM SALT and PEPPER
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Thyme or Dill, chopped
Mix the oil with Siam Salt and Pepper blend, lemon juice and chopped thyme or dill. Spoon mix over 4 Salmon cutlets or other fish of your choice, and allow to marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
Drain the fish, reserving the marinade.
Cook on the BBQ or pan-fry for 5-10 minutes or until just cooked, basting with the marinade.
Serve topped with fresh coriander, a wedge of lime or lemon, with a salad and a crisp white wine.
