Sweet Dukkah Apple Triangles

4 Apples, peeled, cored, cut in 1cm pieces
Puff Pastry sheets
30g butter
2 tbsp RED HILL SPICE GIRLS Sweet Dessert Dukkah
¼ cup sultanas
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
Icecream or cream to serve

In a saucepan melt butter and add apples, sultanas, sugar, water and cinnamon.
Stir to coat fruit and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Sprinkle a sheet of puff pastry with Sweet Dessert Dukkah, pressing Dukkah lightly into the pastry.
Cut pastry sheet into 4 triangles.
Spoon a little apple mix into one side of each triangle, then fold over pressing around the edges.
Top with a sprinkle of Sweet Dessert Dukkah.
Bake in oven at 180deg for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with cream or icecream.
