Wattleseed BBQ Steaks

4 x fillets beef, lamb, kangaroo or chicken
2 tbsp Red Hill Spice Girls BILLABONG BBQ BLEND
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 large mushrooms to BBQ

Mix olive oil with garlic and spices blend BILLABONG BBQ BLEND.
Coat on steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat a BBQ or hotplate and sear steaks, then lower heat and cook as required.
Allow steaks to rest for 5-8 minutes.
Cook mushrooms on the BBQ with a sprinkle of BILLABONG BBQ BLEND

Serve with crusty bread, green salad and beer or red wine.
