A wonderful warm spicy blend from Eritrea and Ethiopia.

Used to flavour north African “wats” or curries of meat, vegetables, lentils.

Rub on chicken, lamb, fish, beef and  vegetables. 

Use in a Tangine for Moroccan dishes.

Fantastic sprinkled on soups before serving.

Full of flavour with a chilli kick.
